About the mobile site UI

The following describes the UI elements in DoctorAccess mobile:

Icon and Description

Menu icon

Use to view the menu: Scheduler, Messenger, Settings, Help, and Logout.

Use to change user settings.

Use to select a day/week on a calendar.

Free text icon

Use to edit text.

Used in lieu of a patient photo to depict a male patient.

Used in lieu of a patient photo to depict a female patient.

Used in lieu of a patient photo to depict a transgender patient.

The colored label and matching background color indicate the appointment discipline (ENDO) of an appointment.

The colored label and matching background color indicate the appointment status (EMERG) of an appointment.

The colored label and background color indicate an Ortho stage of an appointment.

The "SEATED" status label indicates that the patient is seated in the clinic chair.

The "CHECKED IN" status label indicates that the patient has checked in to the appointment. There is also a "CHECKED OUT" status indicator.

The "UNCONFIRMED" status label indicates that the patient has not confirmed their appointment.

The "CONFIRMED" status label indicates that the patient has confirmed the appointment.

Displays an appointment indicator; in this example, the appointment indicator represents a planned treatment.

Displays an appointment indicator; in this example the appointment indicator represents an exam.

Urgent message indicator

Indicates an urgent message.

Move icon

Use to move a message to a custom folder.

Use to reply, reply all, forward a message.

Compose message icon

Use to compose a message.

Use to refresh the screen so that the latest information is shown.

Clinic Time Exception icon

Use to add a clinic time exception to the schedule.

Use to add a note to an appointment.

Delete icon

Use to delete an appointment note.

Show deleted note(s) icon

Use to show deleted appointment notes.

Unread message icon

Indicates that a message is unread.

Indicates an urgent message.

Urgent button toggle

Select No on the indicator to set a message to urgent when you compose, forward, or reply to a message.

(8) The number inside the brackets indicates the number of unread messages in the Inbox.

Urgent folder icon

Use to view all messages in the Urgent folder.

Inbox folder

Use to view all messages in the Inbox folder.

Sent folder

Use to view all messages in the Sent folder.

Indicates a custom folder created in axiUm.

A sender's name in green text indicates the message is from a patient. The name in brackets is the authorized representative.

A sender's name in black text indicates the message is from a provider, faculty, or administrator.

A message with a light blue background indicates that the message has been selected (check box is selected) to be either deleted or moved.
